Chicks available for pre order - a rare, productive, hardy breed developed in Sweden. Hens lay 200-250 beautiful green/blue/speckled eggs a year. Previously known as “Isbar” chickens.
I have blue, black & splash varieties so all chicks have a chance of being one of those three colors.
***I do enforce a 4 chick minimum. Please be sure to add at least 4 chicks to your cart. You can combine breeds, as long as the total equals at least 4 chicks.
***All chicks are sold straight run. PICKUP ONLY. I will communicate when the eggs will be going in the incubator - so if you have a specific time frame you are wanting chicks, please let me know. Chicks MUST be picked up 48 hours after hatching. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be on stand by and be ready to get your chicks when they are able to come home. ᵕ̈
I hold chicks for a minimum of 24 hours after hatching to assure all are in good health. I will not send a chick that has any sort of indication of a problem/issue. All chicks leave in good health. With that being said, I am not responsible for the chicks once they leave my care. I give literature on how to provide for them & I am always happy to help/answer questions/give recommendations - but at the end of the day it is up to you to do your research prior to making this commitment.
